Hello PolicyStat Community I could use some votes for Idea: Provide the Function to Transfer Responsibilities for Active Users when Personnel Change Departments

To address Security Access Set up and Change Process to Title and Roles, can the Transfer responsibilities functionality, activity, also be provided for Active Users.Upon Transfer from User A to User B, remove all permissions from User A.

This could be helpful. Currently this has to be done manually and can miss responsibilities when documents are in draft or pending.

Gail, I agree, it would be nice if a change like Denny described could be made and affect the policy in the active and pending areas.

This would be helpful when a team member is still in the department but their rolehas changed versus them leaving completely. Thank you.
